By installing and using PackSlip, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before use.
By installing, accessing, or using PackSlip ("the App", "the Service"), you ("Merchant", "User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
PackSlip is a Shopify application that provides order management and fulfillment tools including:
The Service is provided "as is" for Shopify merchants. All features are currently included free of charge.
PackSlip is currently free to install and use. No subscription fee or charge is applied, and all modules are unlocked at no cost.
If paid plans or premium features are introduced in the future, we will provide advance notice, offer a free trial before any charge, and bill only through the official Shopify Billing API after your explicit approval. These Terms will be updated accordingly.
You may stop using PackSlip at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin. As the Service is free, no cancellation steps or fees apply.

All content, code, design, and features of PackSlip are the intellectual property of ARS Developer. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your own business purposes.
Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices as described therein.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ARS Developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profit, data, or business, arising from your use of the Service. As the Service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed £100.
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes at any time and will endeavour to provide notice for planned downtime.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
