PackSlip is currently free to install and use. There are no charges or subscriptions, so there is nothing to refund.
PackSlip and all of its modules are currently provided completely free of charge. We do not take any payment, create any subscription, or bill your store in any way. Because there are no charges, no refunds are required.
If we introduce paid plans or premium features in the future, we will: give clear advance notice, offer a free trial before any charge, and update this Refund Policy with the applicable terms. You will never be charged without your explicit approval through the Shopify Billing API.
You can stop using PackSlip at any time by uninstalling the app from your Shopify Apps admin page. As there is no charge, there are no cancellation steps or fees.
Since PackSlip is free, you should never see a charge from us. If you ever notice an unexpected charge, please contact us immediately and we will investigate and resolve it promptly:
